The Inn at Raspberry Ridge has 4 bedrooms, each with a King or Queen-sized bed and private bath, and has been operated as a Bed & Breakfast for the last
20 years by Patsy and Gary Wagner. We have now retired to our new home in Marble overlooking the Crystal River and are loving it! But we still own
the INN and have decided to rent it to groups such as the Marble/marble symposium
, the Lead King Loop 25K and the CPA fly-in, weddings, family reunions, hunters, 4 wheelers, etc on a nightly

a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath Cabin right next door to the INN which may be rented separately or with the INN.
Rental rates* are as follows:
The INN is available at $300 for one night or $275/night for 2 or more nights. The weekly rate is $1,650 (includes mid-week housekeeping). If you will be joining us for any of the above events you may make reservations directly with us and your rate is $70/room/night.
The Cabin is $150 for one night or $125/night for 2 or more nights. The weekly rate is $750/week (also includes mid-week housekeeping).
The INN + Cabin may be combined for a 10% discount.
