MARBLE'S Crystal Valley Preschool e-store features items handcrafted from the Yule Marble of Marble, Colorado. This marble, which is also the Colorado State Stone, is most famous for its use in both the Lincoln Memorial and The Tomb of the Unknowns in Washington D.C. These projects, along with over a hundred other projects, generated tons of scrap marble which was discarded along the Crystal River and San Juan Railroad. For over 20 years we have recycled this marble for use in our products and sculpture. This website and e-store is being operated by Raspberry Ridge Construction Services for the benefit of the Crystal Valley Preschool. 100% of the net sales commission from the sale of the marble products (which is approximately 30%) goes directly to the Preschool to defray operating expenses and to augment its' scholarship program. On the sale of sculpture the net commission will vary but will usually be a minimum of 30% of the sales price up to a maximum of 95% on donated pieces. In the future we also are considering an annual auction of a selected piece of art - again, all for the Kids. The price of all products (excluding sculpture) in The Crystal Valley Preschool's e-store include shipping. If you would like to help the school defray this expense, please check the product box "School Shipping Donation". We accept all credit cards through PayPal. Please be advised that if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for a total refund less a $10 restocking fee. AND..........
